This seems to be advertising the George Clark organisation by describing some of the types of sugar they manufactured for the brewing industry and includes a fascinating account of how the company, founded in 1854, works in 1947. Illustrated throughout. A certificate of analysis from their Broadway Works, Millwall Docks, is included with a cryptic comment " Your figures ( somewhat altered) fo June 23rd 1947."
