The poems were selected and edited by the undergraduates Christopher Saltmarshe, John Davenport and Basil Wright.Among the poems are two contributions from Julian Bell (1908-1937), six contributions from William Empson (1906-1984), and 'October' by John Lehmann (1907-1987). In the original boards. Externally, generally smart but somewhat sunned, more so to the spine. Internally, firmly bound.
