Añadir al carritoHardcover. Condición: Poor. 1st Edition. POOR CONDITION! This is a reading copy only! This copy is disbound and needs to be rebound. Striking pictorial cloth front cover illustration is severely rubbed and cloth is faded. Spine cloth is totally shredded. A competent binder could utilize the original pictorial cloth cover as part… of the re-casing process. The pages are loose in original cloth covers, cloth cover is in two pieces and some pages are separated. Complete with all pages and colour plates though tissue guard over frontispiece is missing. The text block itself is in generally good condition, though with slight water wrinkles to pages near top corner and a few short edgetears, creases, minor dirt marks, etc. Lavishly illustrated with attractive b&w drawings. The article by Houdini is autobiographical in nature and is slightly more than two pages with a nice b&w illustration of him. Emphasis of this publication is on stage magic including some illusions, magic fiction, and biographical profiles.
