Dust Jacket: pictorial laminated with black, white and yellow text to front and blue text on yellow background to rear (following design of slip case), blue and yellow lettering on dark blue to spine, and architectural colour photographs to front and spine, all on dark blue ground; in excellent condition no signs of shelf wear (fully protected by slip case). Cover: blue cloth covered boards with printing/embossing matching slip case; again in 'as new' condition.
