A new (L) system of physical quantities based on a single quantity (length) is created and developed. Numerical values of seven base units as well as fundamental physical constants are calculated in the L system. We give a geometric interpretation of fundamental notions of macro- and micro-mechanics and explain a large number of physical phenomena of the macro- and micro-worlds, for example, the principle of uncertainty, the microwave background radiation, the black and white holes, the red shift of galactic objects, the Big Bang, the emergence of matter.
