Large, square quarto (36cm); publisher's full dark blue silk, black morocco gilt-lettered labels to upper cover and spine, housed in matching slipcase; [10]pp.; tipped in frontispiece and fourteen leaves of plates, together with an additional print laid into stiff card chemise. Slipcase a bit dust-soiled and shelf worn, else a Fine example. Signed by Connor and Simic on colophon in rear of the volume. Print also signed by Connor. An additional 250 copies were issued without the signed print.
