NB. Gimble had only…11. Binding shows just a touch of wear at the extremities. A lovely Nr Fine copy. Fine full russet leather binding, in the style of Bayntun [and probably is, though we find no binder stamp], with title gilt tooled in second compartment, author in 3rd compartment, 5 raised bands with elaborate gilt tooling in other compartments. AEG. Marbled eps 1st book edition (Smith I, 5. Mixed stated of textual errors noted by Smith, e.g., lacks capital H for how, p. 512; but has 'suprise' for surprise, p. 586 ).
