It has the signature of Harvey Glick, who restored and collated the photographs of this volume, and a notary seal and signature. There is also a piece of promotional material for the book laid in which was printed by the publisher. There is a brief biography of both Harvey Glick and Forrest Wallace Cato, followed by text material written by Forrest Wallace Cato, and then a transcription of a recorded conversation between Harvey Glick by Forrest Wallace Cato. The last part of the book are the restored and collated photographs and a brief description of the photo on the opposing page. Signed by Author(s).
