Small area of blanching to the cloth rear board bottom corner and a few small spots of blanching to the upper board. 1911 Christmas gift inscription penned to front flyleaf. Dust jacket lightly shelf rubbed edges with shallow nicks at spine ends and corner tips. Includes and index of proper names at rear, followed by [9] pp of publisher ads. Handsome and well preserved copy in scarce original jacket. VG+/VG or better.
