This is stated as a special limited edition (#97/207), and was supposed to have been signed by both authors, but apparently wasn't, though the #97 is hand numbered in the correct location. Original red cloth covers with gilt spine and cover lettering. Rear pages are blank, deliberately left that way to paste Stark's clippings in the book (none were pasted in this copy).
