Corners bumped with a bit of cardboard exposed there, some soil, water (? ) stains and drop marks on cloth, 1/2 inch chip off head of spine. Internally, shaken, front hinge cracked with gauze exposed, foxing and approximately 3 inch deep light tan stains (top edge and upper side edge) on endpapers, light tan stains, varying from 1/4 to 1 inch deep (top edge and upper side edge of text) , map detached and torn along inside edge, but complete and laid-in, otherwise tight, clean, relatively crisp and unmarked, probably never reallly read. Besides the agricultural information, the farms for sale and rent part may be of particular interest, giving descriptions of the properties by county and town (includes Suffolk, Westchester and Rockland) , with some photos.
