The first volume is in a half morocco binding, with cloth covered boards. The second volume is in a full cloth binding. Externally, both volumes are smart. Light rubbing to the head and tail of spine to volume I. Volume II has damp staining to the boards. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright. Offsetting to the endpapers.
