Firts edition (stated)/ first printing of the author's first book.Fine in fine dust jacket. 88 pp. Illustrated by bold, single color drawings, very much in the "flower power" style of the time, uncredited so presumably by the author himself. Warmly inscribed by the author and with a small drawing by the author on the front free endpaper; laid in is a lengthy personal one-page single-space typed letter from the author to the same recipient, a Princeton University professor. The original air mail envelope bearing postage of two Apollo commemorative stamps is also present. A collection of poems that are really "space tales", inspired by astronomy, astrology, ancient religions, and most of all, by Apollo.
