Gebraucht - Gut GU - Beschädigungen, Verschmutzungen, ungelesenes Mängelexemplar, Versand Büchersendung - Promote active learning and constructive interchange among students with these architecturally-based assignments that present a practical, hands-on approach to understanding basic 2-D AutoCAD commands and operations. This series of 17 self-instructional, skill-building assignments challenges students to master specific and selected AutoCAD commands, operations, and formats necessary to draw and plot typical 2-D residential and commercial architectural drawings. Students progress step-by-step through the assignments, applying previous lessons while they expand their skills with each new exercise. Assignments are designed to span one semester of work and are grouped into two sections: the Georgian House introduces the range of basic 2-D commands needed to 'build' a simple furnished floor plan and exterior elevation, and the Furness Brownstone presents more complex plan views and exterior elevations.

Añadir al carritoHardcover. Condición: Good. 1st Edition. Hardcover. Black cloth with faded gold lettering. Cloth is faded away from true black towards a gray at the edges and spine, with a bump at the base of the spine. Gold lettering faded. Binding remains tight, though this copy has been well used. No date on the title page except hand-written 1993 by Brower. Title page dated 18 Feb 1993. 419 pages. Full of charts and graphs. More than 40 articles on Monarchs by the leading experts -- Brower himself is co-author of 7 of them (page numbers circled in the table of contents). Brower's name signed on the front endpaper, dated Feb 28, 1993. He notes two other articles on endpaper, and two others on half title -- in his customary style, he only notes page number, and then sometimes adds a tic in the margin on the noted page. We've got a wonderful bookshelf of books from Lincoln Brower's collection listed here in our Brower catalogue. Everything you know about Monarch Butterflies, you know because of Brower's work, both scientific and outreach. He was a great teacher, an important researcher, a torch-bearing conservationist, and a leading light in lepidoptery. We are extremely excited to offer his books.
