Includes accommodation, introduction, outlets, reservation forms (blue perforated forms), mileage chart, plus touring articles. No date (apparently 1946, with the introduction noting the first edition was published in 1896 & this copy is the 50th year of issue; ink note on first page states "published during 1930s", however it appears to be 1946). With original published price printed on front cover "3 shillings and sixpence". NOTE: A GOOD COPY ONLY.
