De 1942 à 1944, à Limoges où résidait Georges-Emmanuel Clancier, étaient collectés les articles et poèmes écrits en France occupée, et envoyés à Albert Béguin à Genève. De Suisse, ils étaient expédiés à Tanger. D'où ils étaient acheminés en Algérie par Georges Blin.
