The preface for the acts was written by Felix Houphouet-Boigny (1905-1993), affectionately called Papa Houphouët or Le Vieux (The Old One), who was the founder and first president of RDA, and the first President of Cote d`Ivoire (1960 to 1993). 4.5kg.
