Cannot locate any information on the original Caesar's Bench. Whether it was originally released as a hardcover is unknown. This copy is in G+ to (maybe) VG- condition with remainder star and ink to front cover, rear cover soiling, and bump near spine at top of back cover. Still a great copy.

The front cover has a reading crease down the left side next to the spine and some light edge and surface wear. The back cover has a five inch crease to the bottom left corner and some light edge and surface wear. Browning to the insides of the covers. The first page has a previous owner's name and date along with a book shop stamp and a price in pen. Pages browned with a little chipping to the bottom corners but are otherwise unmarked. The front cover has a one inch patch of label residue at the top left corner. The back cover has only some light surface discolouration. The book had a loose plastic cover over it when I acquired it - this was however attached to the insides of the front and back covers where it has left some sticky residue. Books shop stamps to the first three pages and the final page of the text and the inside of the back cover. There is some staining to the bottom corners and the pages are browned but they are otherwise unmarked. First printing. Postage charge will be reduced by £1.50 when the order is processed.
