UNCOMMON illustrated title with considable interest for women and those with an interest in Oregon history, pioneers, and the West. SIGNED and Includes an inlaid Note (5 3/4" x 7 3/4") with single horizontal fold, handwritten and signed in ink, on personal letterhead stationery, re: gift of this book. Solid copy without annotations, uniform light age-toning, occasional slight foxing (not affecting ilustrations). Postage-stamp sized smudge on rear free endpaper with offset to lower dj panel.
