Maintaining a high standard of literary excellence, Harper & Brothers managed to acquire the works of many of the world's most esteemed authors for inclusion in their monthly journal. Clean and attractive - Modest weathering and a touch of staining; spotting and rubbing, as well as shallow creasing to corner tips; edges are rough-cut; corner tips are abraded, with small loss; splitting to head of spine, else spine - which displays shallow creasing, is clean . BINDING - Solid. INTERIOR - Paper is unavoidably lightly toned throughout; there are a few creased corners; the aforementioned small stain follows through the first few leaves; foxing is evident on some of the first few leaves - else the interior is clean and presentable.
