Interesting travel book with a large chapter on Antwerp, Amsterdam, Liège, Brussels, Ghent and Bruges. In an epilogue the author bemoans the destiny of the Southern Netherlands which have fallen under the worst of all tyrannies; the tyranny of the mob (epilogue written in 1831, the voyage was made in 1828).
