SIGNED by actor Bob Newhart in manuscript ink to the front wrapper with a non-personalized salutation: "All the Best / Bob Newhart." Included with the script is a brief Typed Noted Signed from Newhart to a fan, enclosing the script, and an original hand-addressed manila mailing envelope. The series follows a married couple from New York who move to a small town in rural Vermont to run a historic inn. In this episode, cafe owner Kirk begins dating a woman, but struggles to accept her profession as a clown.
