      First Draft script for Season 2 Episode 10 of the 1982-1990 television series. SIGNED by actor Bob Newhart in manuscript ink to the front wrapper with a non-personalized salutation: "All the Best / Bob Newhart." Included with the script is a brief Typed Noted Signed from Newhart to a fan, enclosing the script, and an original hand-addressed manila mailing envelope. The series follows a married couple from New York who move to a small town in rural Vermont to run a historic inn. In this episode, cafe owner Kirk begins dating a woman, but struggles to accept her profession as a clown. Orange titled wrappers, noted as First Draft on the front wrapper, dated October 11, 1983, and production No. 3109. Title page present, with credit for screenwriter Emily Marshall, dated Ocrober (sic) 11, 1983, and noted as First Draft. 53 leaves, with last page of text numbered 50.
