Subjects include prison reform, insanity, child-saving, moral reform, charitable organizations, etc. Includes a list of all members in the United States and Canada. This copy belonged to the Mt. Rev. J. Walsh, D.D., Archbishop of Toronto. His stamp appears on the front endpapers, and there is a presentation inscription to him from J.J. Kelso, Secretary of the Toronto Committee. Edges darkened. Cover shows wear to corners and head/tail of spine, small dent to edge of front panel.
