Con una extensa dedicatoria autógrafa del propio autor a Rosa Arciniega, en la que s…e justifica por ofrecerle este ejemplar que está algo deteriorado. El deterioro consiste en que está con una mancha oscura sobre las cubiertas, afectando a la mitad de la anterior y un tercio de la posterior. Igualmente afecta a las primeras y últimas páginas del libro, en disminución progresiva hasta que desaparece. Desde la página 17 hasta la página 157, el libro esta perfecto. Lomo con tres pequeñas rajitas restauradas. El Dr. Ataliva Herrera (1886-1953) nacido en Córdoba (Argentina), jurista y poeta, ganó el Premio Nacional de Literatura con su poema Las Vírgenes del Sol, cuya primera edición ofrecemos. Fue un escritor naturalista, dedicado a exaltar el folklore, la cultura y la religión escogiendo modelos que dignificaron la historia.
