The condition range from fractures and deformit…ies to nervous and circulatory problems. For example, scoliosis may be treated with massage to strengthen the muscles and relieve pain, whilst gymnastics are used to re-educate the patient in regard to the upright position.(gymnastics here suggest things like "heave-grasp-standing" for chest expansion, and "back-kneading and massage plus hips-firm-stoop-stride-sitting". Condition: A very good copy with some spotted foxing to the prelims and page edges.
