All are illustrated by Gerd Arntz, Otto Neurath's artistic collaborator in the creation of the Isotype. Arntz designed the pictorial representation of statistics that became the hallmark of the Isotype methodology also known as the Vienna Method. Published during World War Two, the topics on the six volumes range from industrial production to potential overpopuation, generally focussing on Dutch economics.
