Mr. Barnes has a faculty of statement that almost supersedes the necessity of argument. Very few men have the power of saying exactly what they mean, and neither less nor more, with the faultless precision and exactness that belongs to him." Faint age-toning and creasing, single black marked line. Withal, a VG example. White printed paper. Now housed in an archival mylar sleeve.
