Includes views of the Coeur d'Alene depot and pier, St. Maries town…site and wharf, Flewellyn's Landing, Ferrill Hotel and landing, Steamers Idaho and Colfax, St. Joe Hotel, Hotel Riverside, Swiftwater River, Mirror Lake, Little Falls, and much more. Good condition only, with old dampstaining to the lower margin of much of the text block (not affecting images).

Original decorative printed paper covers, tie string binding. CONDITION DESCRIPTION: Front cover is rubbed, bottom corner is lightly bent, spine is torn, else cover is complete and in VG…condition. Former owner's name on front cover. Interior is complete; has rubber stamp on free endpaper and title-page from the Bonner County Historical Society, Sandpoint, Idaho. After the two pages of text, the remainder of the book are photograph images of scenes of the St. Joe River, Coeur d'Alene, neighboring lakes, streams, and other scenes of North Idaho including mining related. While there is no date of publication, one photo is dated 1907; likely circa 1907-1915. The St. Joe River tumbles out of the Bitterroot Range on the Montana-Idaho border and waves its way through remote forest; it is now a designated National Wild and Scenic River. A really nice production. Quite Scarce in any condition.
