Deshalb ist es ein besonderer Verdienst von Baumgarth, eine Vielzahl hochqualifizierter Spezialisten aus Wissenschaft und Praxis in diesem Reader versammelt zu haben. Zunächst werden die Besonderheiten und die theoretischen Perspektiven der Markenführung im BtB-Markt transparent aufbereitet. Anschließend werden - handwerklich sehr sauber und stringent - die unterschiedlichen Stellschrauben der Markenführung aufgelistetüber die Positionierung und Strategie, das Branding und die Markenkommunikation bis hin zu den häufig vernachlässigten Punkten der Markenführung nach innen und des Marken-Controllings.
