Slip Case. Condición: Very Good. Estado de la sobrecubierta: Good. Consists of a slip-case containing a large card covered booklet describing the plates that are contained within a box, all within the slip-case. The loose plates consist of 117 thin card theatre plans and diagrams (counted by hand) relating to thirty-one theatres. 20pp (booklet). Oblong format. Slip-case is heavily rubbed at edges and a scuff to the lower right front corner. The slip-case has a paper title plate affixed to the spine. There is a 12cm split to the upper edge of the slip-case, though it remains intact. Booklet has a paper title plate to it's upper wrap. Booklet has light rubbing to edges. Card box has a paper title plate to upper surface and to spine. Box innards are toned. Plates are on loose card and are in very good condition and appear to have been barely handled though they are toned with age. Light rubbing to edges of box. All spines are sunned. All plates listed are present. Set weighs over 3.5kg, additional postage fee will be required.

Profusely illustrated with phototypes in color, tipped in, and large b/w reproductions of theater interior and stage designs, including numerous architectural plans and drawings, printed directly to pages. Printed at Söners Book Printing House, Malmö. The paper was made especially for this book at Finpappersbruken. Photographs mostly by C. G. Rosenberg.
