Elaborate floral centre design to both boards with gilt tooling around dark green and plum leather inlays. Gilt ruled borders. Board edges with partial ruled gilt lines. Turn-ins with decorative gilt borders. Centre panels of tan morocco with burgundy and dark blue inlaid floral designs with gilt lines, and decorative gilt borders. Ivory moire silk endpapers. All edges gilt. Neat, and short, 3 line inscription, dated 1908, to the front blank free endpaper. Some very light spotting to the first few leaves otherwise clean and bright throughout. A Little fading to the spine and minor bumping to the corners but still a beautiful book, showing Ramage at his very best.

Silk endpapers. All edges gilt. Some minor fading to the spine but overall this is a beautiful copy, the gilt tooling still gleaming.
