Good hardcover in very good dust jacket. 127pp. Gray paper or thin cloth with burlap spine cover and spine label. Volume One in a series which eventually grew to five volumes. The pages are clean but all have dampstains at the binding gutter and extending to the top/bottom margins. No images are affected. Some pages are a bit damaged in the dampstained areas, having been stuck together and later separated, mostly in the index and rear end pages. The free end pages have foxing.
