Script housed in a green leather spring binder. Title page present, dated 8/30/67, noted as FINAL DRAFT. 103 leaves, with last page of text numbered 87. Mimeograph duplication on white and blue stock, rectos only, with a revised rehearsal schedule on pink stock bound in before the script, dated September 3, 1967.
