The Hälfs saga ok Hälfsrekka focuses on the lives of two legendary heroes, Hälfr and his brother Hjorleifr, during the Viking Age. The author examines the historical and literary significance of this saga, drawing parallels with other well-known Norse texts like the Hrolf Kraki saga and Saxo Grammaticus' Gesta Danorum, and offering fresh perspectives on Viking culture, beliefs, and heroic ideals.
