Profusely illustrated with sepia-toned photographs throughout and one double page drawn "picture story" covering a typical morning for a young woman. Depictions of young…women's deployment at East and West frontline and various scenarios of duty in society, inlcuding one instance of meeting with Führer Adolf Hitler. Exhibition was curated with intention to familiarize the Berlin public with the "Reichsarbeitsdienst" for young women. Wraps lightly creased and rubbed at edges, some very small chips, both covers reinforced with tap on inside cover. Wraps in good-, interior in very good condition.
