OCLC locates but five copies of this "second, corrected" edition (New York Historical Society, Allen County, Johns Hopkins, Library Co. of Philadelphia, U.S. Army War College) and gives no indications that plates or an atlas were issued with it. Old tideline affecting outer margin of first few leaves; otherwise very good.
