Acerca del autor: Kate Scarlata MPH, RDN is a New York Times bestselling co-author of The 21-Day Tummy Diet, co-author of The Low FODMAP Diet Step by Step, and author of The Complete Idiot's Guide to Eating Well with IBS. A globally recognized gastroenterology specialized registered dietitian, Kate has spent more than 30 years helping people improve their digestive health through practical, evidence-based nutrition.
Kate is a sought-after speaker, peer-reviewed author, and registered dietitian recognized for advancing evidence-based digestive health nutrition and championing patient-centered care. She earned her bachelor's degree from Simmons College, completed her dietetic internship at Brigham and Women's Hospital, a teaching affiliate of Harvard Medical School, and received her Master of Public Health from the University of Massachusetts.
