Acerca del autor: John Lanzafame is owner and chef of Lanzaf.me Trattoria in Woolloomooloo in Sydney. He was Executive Chef at Hugo's Lounge and Hugo's Bar Pizza in Sydney, and won the title of World Champion Pizza Maker in 2005. He also represented Australia in the 'Culinary Olympics' in 2008 in Germany. He has appeared on television's Ready Steady Cook.
