Alessandro Ferrazza is a Senior Lecturer in the department of International business and management at the University of Sunderland, London Campus. Prior to his role at the University of Sunderland in London, he worked worked for several years in senior management positions in global corporations.
Vipin Nadda I am currently serving as Senior Lecturer and Programme Manager (Tourism, hospitality, and Events) with University of Sunderland in London. A science graduate with MBA (Marketing), MTA (Tourism) and PhD (Tourism Management), I have more than twenty years of experience in academics and Industry. Dr. Pankaj Kumar Tyagi is a academician, researcher, and consultant, presently serving as Professor at Chandigarh University, Mohali, India. He holds a Master's degree in Tourism and Management, an M.Phil. in Tourism, and a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Tourism, reflecting a strong and sustained commitment to academic excellence in the field. With over 22 years of professional experience, Dr. Tyagi has made significant contributions across the domains of industry engagement, higher education, professional training, and consultancy. His areas of specialization include destination management, travel processes, sustainable and regenerative tourism, and emerging disruptive technologies. He has consistently focused on advancing innovative and responsible approaches to tourism development, aligned with global priorities in sustainability and digital transformation. Dr. Tyagi has an extensive record of scholarly publication. He has authored or edited 20 academic books and published more than 50 research papers in reputed international journals spanning the fields of tourism, management, technology, and sustainability. His work is recognized for its academic rigour, practical relevance, and interdisciplinary perspective. In addition to his academic writing, Dr. Tyagi serves as a reviewer for several esteemed international journals. Through this role, he actively contributes to maintaining and enhancing scholarly standards across his fields of expertise.
