Sanchita Basu Das is an ISEAS Fellow and Lead Researcher (Economic Affairs) at the ASEAN Studies Centre, Institute of Southeast Asian Studies (ISEAS), Singapore.

Jayant Menon is the Lead Economist at the Office of Regional Economic Integration, Asian Development Bank.

Rodolfo C. Severino is Head of the ASEAN Studies Center, Institute of Southeast Asian Studies (ISEAS).

Omkar Lal Shrestha was a Visiting Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of Southeast Asian Studies (ISEAS), Singapore, and an officer at the Asian Development Bank.
