They used an inductive qualitative approach, a single case study design and hermeneutical approach for analyzing collected data. The research took place at the School of Computer Science, Physics and mathematics department at Linnaeus University, Växjö campus, Sweden. The participants of this research were students and teachers from two master levels within the program of Information Systems.
