Emmanuel Obukovwo Okaka holds a B.Sc Sociology/Anthropology, andM.Sc. in Industrial Sociology/Labor Relations both from theUniversity of Benin, Nigeria. he lectures with the Department ofPolitical Science and Sociology, Western Delta University,Oghara,Delta State Nigeria. He is an industrial relationsconsultant with 10 years experience
