The production of fruit purees is an interesting way reducing such losses. Food packaging is one of the main factors to prevent quality deterioration and facilitates distribution and marketing. The food industry involves a lot of packaging materials and causes solid waste problem. Therefore, a small reduction in the amount of packaging materials will reduce environmental concerns
