Sinopsis

They say that any organisation that is not currently embracing Change is not just standing still, but going backwards. Being a Change manager or consultant is never a popular role. No matter what people say, very few are ready to embrace change, and most would prefer to stay in their comfort

This book is for people who are charged with making Change happen and to provide some insights and examples of what works and what doesn’t. The premise of this book is that it provides a list of pragmatic questions (with answers) that will immediately help organisations to understand what causing change issues and then address them instantly.

There are no complex, hard-to-follow concepts or philosophical models, but a list of real and realistic hints and tips that can be used immediately.

Paul Taylor is an experienced change manager with over 30 years of experience in successfully implementing change across many industries.
