Things aren’t getting done in your company, and the C-suite is unhappy. They’re blaming it on the project managers. It’s up to you to set up new processes and standards, but are you being set up to fail? Laura Barnard has been there. She knows that the usual approaches don’t address the real problems and they don’t involve the people who really need to be involved. In The IMPACT Engine, Barnard provides the six stages of her successful system, an iterative value delivery framework that will continuously elevate your team’s capabilities and services to support the full strategy lifecycle. Beginning with the keys to adopting the right mindset, Barnard leads you through assessing the organisation and getting to know all the stakeholders, defining the services that will have the highest impact, planning the journey of delivering that impact, delivering sustainable value, and then using those learnings and results to evolve your organisation - so you can continue the cycle and deliver more and better each time. Delivering change in organisations often seems difficult. Barnard shows the way to lead effective change by involving everyone - decreasing workload and increasing efficiency in the process.
