Sinopsis

Power to the fishes! From the acclaimed creator of Brick by Brick comes a novelty board book to help toddlers stand up against bullies, with a team of little fish that together stop a bigger fish from gobbling up their friend.

Board book master Giuliano Ferri has done it again, this time creating an impactful story of colorful, hungry fish who help themselves to their smaller brethren -- until a band of many small fish appears to fight off the very biggest predator. Each page features a die-cut hole of graduated size, so that every page turn adds to the lovely, multi-tiered central image. What at first seems like a simple fish-eat-fish tale has a happy surprise ending that celebrates standing strong against bullies, with a prompt for building community and collective action.
