For over 40 years, Victoria Waller, Ed.D. has been helping children with learning differences learn to read. She holds a B.S. in Education from Wayne State University, and both an M.Ed. as a certified reading specialist and an Ed.D. focusing on reading and learning differences from the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Waller has been awarded the University of Cincinnatis Distinguished Alumna College of Education Award.
