A guide for women to stop seeking outside validation and turn inward—because the connection they’ve been searching for has been inside them all along.
Many of us women feel disconnected from ourselves, our purpose, our passions, and from a deep sense of belonging that we crave. The Connection Code is here to change that for every woman in every stage of life who has ever felt stuck in self-doubt, sick of people-pleasing, and listless just going through the motions of the day, checking off her never-ending to do list instead of truly living.
The Connection Code reveals a powerful new paradigm: Our ego isn’t the enemy, it's just misunderstood. By learning to befriend and partner with the ego instead of power over or fight against it women become empowered from within—unlocking a whole new level of clarity, confidence, and ease accessible at any time—even amidst life’s most chaotic moments.
The Connection Code rewrites the rules of self-care, with a focus on alignment in daily life without adding more to your plate. Through personal stories, easy-to-implement tools, and eye-opening insights, its teachings also help you:

Dr. Melissa Sonners is a chiropractor and expert in mind-body alignment, dedicated to helping women reconnect with their whole selves. As the host of the Be Inspired Mama Podcast and founder of Best Friends Book Nook, she creates spaces for women to explore self-connection and personal growth—without adding more to their to-do lists.
With extensive training in prenatal, postpartum, and pediatric care, Dr. Sonners has spent years helping families navigate holistic health and functional neurology. She is one of only 52 professionals to earn a diplomate in chiropractic pediatrics, and she has completed the functional neurology childhood developmental course through the Carrick Institute.
Her passion for self-care and alignment deepened after being diagnosed in 2017 with neurological Lyme disease, meningitis, and encephalitis while juggling work and motherhood. This challenge became a gift, leading her to discover the power of small, intentional shifts that create real transformation.
