Joyce S. Osland is Emeritus Professor and the former Lucas Endowed Professor of Global Leadership and Executive Director of the Global Leadership Advancement Center in the College of Business at San José State University, USA.

Allan Bird is Visiting Professor in Organizational Behavior/Human Resources at Goa Institute of Management, India.
