Featured article in this issue is Lorenzen's "Saucers Shoot Rockets over Tucson, Arizona", based on his own interview with the witnesses, and including sketches. Other pieces herein: "Support NICAP?"; "Space Visitors - A Review and Comments"; "Ice Cutter Encounters 'Lake Lights' " ; "UFO Over Argentina"; "Fireball Lights in Pacific Northwest"; "Flashing Lights Seen in Colorado"; and "What Were the Green Fireballs?".
